Nic runs Bali's largest silent disco rental company and has been hosting events in Bali for two years. You may have seen him drive around on his purple scooter with disco stickers all over it.
In his early 20s he was a big partier and loved nothing more than being blind drunk, listening to a live band, belting out the classics. Now almost four years sober his north star for his events is getting people as euphoric as he felt in those moments, naturally.
His events have since been described as the best dance events in Bali.
Do I have to do the workshops?
Nope. The workshops are a bonus. Come for all of them, pick one, or just show up for cacao and the silent disco.

What is a silent disco?
Everyone wears wireless headphones and dances to the same music. You hear it crystal clear through the headphones, but take them off and it's silence. Just hundreds of people dancing on a cliff with massive grins.

The festival runs from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM WITA (UTC+8). The afternoon includes wellness experiences: Healing Compass (a deep inner mapping session), Shaking Breathwork (somatic release), Guided Visualisation, a Guided Steam Experience in the sauna, Yoga on the grass, and a Cacao + Connect ceremony at sunset. Full spa and pool access is included all day. The silent disco begins at approximately 6:00 PM.
Early-bird tickets cost 450,000 IDR (approximately $28 USD). Vibe Rise tickets for entry from 5:30 PM cost 490,000 IDR. Tickets are available at megatix.co.id. The event is 18+ and has a maximum capacity of 600 people.
The Istana is located at Pantai Suluban Street, South Kuta, Bali 80361. The venue features an infinity pool, infrared and dry saunas, hot and cold plunges, and panoramic ocean views from a cliffside setting.
The festival is organised by Nic "Huzz", who runs Bali's largest silent disco rental company with 600+ headsets. Unlike typical silent disco events with multiple channels, Vibe Rise Festival uses a single channel with a guided dance journey. The concept is described as "spa day meets festival".
